It's not to inundate you with terms and numbers that essentially do not understand. Reports need to be honest, and they need to show value you need to be able to look at them, and really pull value from them at the end of the day. And it's very easy in this industry to skew your perception and make you think we're doing better than we are. It's all about the bottom line. It's all about return on investment at the end of the day. And if you can't impact the right metrics, you never going to move your bottom line. At the end of the day the point of contact that is given to us is essential. These amazing dates in the reporting that sometimes a junior marketing manager just cannot leverage off cannot understand with the wrong point of contact Google Ads most of the time, lands up running in isolation to your business, when at the end of the day being this online sales person and needs to run as an extension of your business. Don't wait for an agency to realize they've got the wrong coontact person, make sure you've given them a person who will be able to maximize the value from online sales data.
