Alex is the CPOO of The Delta, a venture builder which has founded over 40 companies since inception in 2018. It currently employs over 100 people and builds around 10 new ventures a quarter.As CPO, Alex spends her time funnelling her characteristically high energy into finding the best product-market fit for each of their ventures.

And, in her role as COO, she spearheads the development of internal processes that have streamlined the way The Delta runs their business.
